International randomised controlled trial of chemotherapy for treatment of Recurrent and Primary Refractory Ewing Sarcoma
Age: 4-50
Phase: 2
If you have Ewing sarcoma which cannot be removed by surgery or has returned after initial treatment, you may be given chemotherapy. This study compares four different chemotherapy treatments:
topotecan and cyclophosphamide (TC)
irinotecan and temozolomide (IT)
gemcitabine and docetaxel (GD)
high-dose ifosfamide (IFOS)
